Dong-A ST is one of leading Korean Biopharmaceuticals with a 90-year heritage, and has opened its US branch, Open Innovation Center in Cambridge, MA, USA in Jan. 2023.
Dong-A America Corp. (Dong-A ST USA) is searching for a manager/sr. manager who will support a team leader and head of Open Innovation Center, Dong-A ST USA. This position is based in Cambridge, MA and will report to team leader.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Perform research and analysis of the assets and technologies across the therapeutic areas with a primary focus on GCT and develop relevant database/global market intelligence for sharing across the R&D team and presenting to management as needed.
• Provide support for project management, progress reports/plans as requested.
• Support leadership team in building relationship with potential business partners/other key external parties, and relevant BD activities.
• Attend the scientific meetings, where applicable, as a representative of Dong-A ST.
• Be the primary contact for administrate works related to Boston office/operation/marketing as needed, and flexible for new and additional duties as the organization grow.
Qualifications (required):
• PhD in Immunology, Genetics, Biology or related discipline
• 1-5 years of industry or academic research experience
• Deep understanding of inflammatory disease or CGT technologies
• Exceptional abilities in critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication
• Publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals or presentations at scientific conferences
